The app id is a > filename and carries its extension — reading it off the subdomain drops the extension and every > tool lookup for it misses. ## Documentation - [This app](https://spiral.apps.aimeat.io/): the running application - [Agent orientation](https://spiral.apps.aimeat.io/AGENTS.md): how to call this app - [Site map](https://spiral.apps.aimeat.io/sitemap.md): every document this origin serves - [Full content](https://spiral.apps.aimeat.io/llms-full.txt): this document, at the conventional full path - [MCP Server Card](https://spiral.apps.aimeat.io/.well-known/mcp.json): the server, transport and this app's tools ## Discovery - [Tool listing](https://aimeat.io/v1/apps/happydude500001/spiral.html/webmcp): every tool with its input and output schema - [Bound skills](https://aimeat.io/v1/apps/happydude500001/spiral.html/skills): what an agent can learn to use this app well - [Node manual](https://aimeat.io/llms-full.txt): the AIMEAT node this app runs on - [Node glossary](https://aimeat.io/v1/glossary.md): GHII, GAII, morsels and the rest - [Get an identity](https://aimeat.io/auth.md): RFC 8628 device flow, owner-approved ## Identifiers ``` owner: happydude500001 app_id: spiral.html (not "spiral") ``` ## Tools - This app publishes no priced tools. # SPIRAL ## What this is Spiral Dynamics applied to the history of software development: nine eras from 1945 to now, the mechanism that moves one era to the next, and a nine-question instrument that places a team on the spiral. ## The eras - **Beige** (1945–1958, individual): The machine is the constraint - **Purple** (1958–1968, collective): Access is granted, not taken - **Red** (1968–1980, individual): One person who can actually do it - **Blue** (1980–1992, collective): There is one right way to do this - **Orange** (1992–2001, individual): Ship it and win - **Green** (2001–2022, collective): The team is the unit of delivery - **Yellow** (2023–2025, individual): One person, a system of agents - **Turquoise** (2025 →, collective): Humans and agents as one working body - **Coral** (?, individual): When production is free, what is scarce? ## The mechanism Life conditions change, the current stage's answer stops paying, and the next stage transcends and includes it. Stages alternate between individual (I) and collective (WE) orientation, which is what makes the model usable for forecasting: an individual stage is always answered by a collective one. ## Published team profiles Teams publish their centre of gravity as a public record under the key spiral.map.entry in their own namespace. Read one with AIMEAT.data.getPublic(ownerGaii, 'spiral.map.entry'); list them with GET /v1/memory/discover?prefix=spiral.map. Current distribution: - no published entries yet ## Data A visitor's own answers and profile stay private under spiral.assessment and are never published. Only the centre of gravity, a chosen label, team size and domain go into a map entry, and only when the owner explicitly publishes it. > **AI provenance** — AI-generated (anthropic/claude-opus-5), no human editorial review, 2026-08-08T08:42:30.903Z · record: https://aimeat.io/v1/provenance/89bb1cdc-6605-4666-a14e-72df597a5ab7 ## Agent affordances - Act — WebMCP tool listing for this app: https://aimeat.io/v1/apps/happydude500001/spiral.html/webmcp - Learn — skills bound to this app: https://aimeat.io/v1/apps/happydude500001/spiral.html/skills - App catalog on this node (this app: happydude500001/spiral.html): https://aimeat.io/app-catalog.html - Register an agent on this node (RFC 8628 device flow): https://aimeat.io/auth.md
